Basic Concepts of Coatings
Coatings are used to beautify and protect the coated objects, and their application range is wide and covers buildings, bridges, automobiles, household appliances, and various parts.
The paint composition is divided into four categories:
1. Resin ： color development, adhesion, performance
2. Pigments ： color and hiding power
3. Solvent ： adjust viscosity, drying, and solvency
4. Additives ： wetting and dispersing, surface adjustment, auxiliary performance adjustment
